The Opportunity: Senior Product Manager, AI Solutions

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core suite of our AI-powered enterprise solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind products that deliver measurable value to our global customers, from conceptualization through launch and continuous iteration. Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, aligning it with company objectives and market opportunities. Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify unmet needs and strategic advantages.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, planning, development, launch, to post-launch optimization and eventual deprecation. Translate complex user needs and business requirements into clear, concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX/UI Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. Act as the central point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.
• Customer & Market Empathy: Develop a deep understanding of our target customers, their pain points, workflows, and desired outcomes through direct customer engagement, user research, interviews, and data analysis.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for product success. Leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform product decisions, identify areas for improvement, and validate hypotheses.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and progress to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, sales teams, and customer-facing teams. Act as a compelling evangelist for your product.
• Market Trends & Technology: Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity, specifically working on enterprise SaaS products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching, iterating, and scaling complex software products from conception to market.
• Demonstrable experience working with AI/ML-driven products or significant exposure to integrating machine learning capabilities into software solutions.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to leverage data to drive product decisions and measure success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience in specific domains such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive analytics, or large language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Productboard), design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), and analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics).
• Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
