About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our next generation of AI and Machine Learning-powered products. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and translating these into innovative, data-driven product features and solutions. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional products that drive significant business value and enhance user experience. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, business insight, and a passion for bringing transformative AI solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for AI/ML features and products, aligned with overall company objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and emerging trends in AI/ML.
• Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring a healthy balance of innovation, maintenance, and strategic initiatives.
• Translate high-level product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that leverage AI capabilities effectively.
• Collaborate continuously with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for AI/ML solutions, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, iterate on features, and inform future product decisions.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials.
• Communicate product updates, successes, and challenges effectively to senior management and across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on AI/ML products or features.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative software products.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and applications (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics).
• Familiarity with various AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS Sagemaker, Google AI Platform).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with an ability to work with complex data sets.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise software.
• Prior experience as a software engineer or data scientist is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with ethical AI considerations and responsible AI development practices.
• Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing frameworks.
