The Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our next generation of AI and Machine Learning solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap, gathering requirements, and guiding the development of products that leverage advanced AI/ML models to solve complex real-world problems. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, UX designers, and sales teams to bring groundbreaking products to market, ensuring they meet user needs and drive significant business value. Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for AI/ML-powered solutions, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Market & Customer Research: Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive research, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs, pain points, and emerging trends in the AI/ML landscape.
• Roadmap Development: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Requirements & User Stories: Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Launch & Go-to-Market: Lead product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and collaborating on marketing campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product usage data, and iterate on features to optimize product performance and user engagement.
• Technical Acumen: Understand the technical complexities and trade-offs of building AI/ML systems, effectively communicating with technical teams.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research, techniques, and industry applications, incorporating relevant insights into product strategy.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. An MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3-4 years specifically managing AI/ML products or platforms.
• AI/ML Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, deep learning), data pipelines, and model deployment challenges.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with common AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data management systems.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and product strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice to have)

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Prior experience as a data scientist, machine learning engineer, or software engineer.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or time-series analysis applications.
• Proven ability to define and track product success metrics and experiment with new features.
