About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary and technically astute Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic development and successful execution of our cutting-edge AI & Machine Learning product portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision:
• Define, articulate, and champion a compelling product vision and comprehensive strategy for your assigned AI/ML portfolio, ensuring strong alignment with the company’s overarching strategic objectives and long-term goals.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and immersive customer empathy interviews to uncover latent needs, identify emerging trends, and pinpoint new opportunities for disruptive AI-driven solutions.
• Develop robust business cases, detailed product roadmaps, and prioritized feature backlogs that balance strategic impact, technical feasibility, market readiness, and measurable business value.
• Execution & Delivery Excellence:
• Translate highly complex AI/ML capabilities and insights into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and data science teams.
• Lead the entire product development lifecycle from conceptualization through to successful market launch, serving as the dedicated Product Owner within agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Collaborate proactively and seamlessly with engineering, data science, and UX/UI design teams to ensure that solutions are technically sound, intuitively user-friendly, and deliver exceptional value proposition.
• Oversee comprehensive product launches, including meticulous go-to-market planning, robust sales enablement, compelling marketing campaigns, and rigorous success measurement.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:
• Act as the primary, authoritative interface between highly technical teams, diverse business stakeholders, and valued customers, fostering strong, transparent relationships and ensuring crystal-clear communication across all organizational levels.
• Drive crucial alignment and build powerful consensus among disparate stakeholders on product priorities, specifications, and ambitious timelines.
• Actively mentor junior product managers, contributing significantly to the continuous improvement and evolution of product management best practices within the organization.
• Performance Optimization & Iteration:
• Define and meticulously monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs) and Objective Key Results (OKRs) to rigorously evaluate product performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and strategically inform future product iterations.
• Design and execute rigorous A/B testing, systematically gather invaluable user feedback, and perform sophisticated data analysis to continually optimize product features, enhance user experience, and ensure product-market fit.
• Champion a data-driven approach to every decision, ensuring that every product choice is backed by compelling evidence, actionable insights, and a clear rationale.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience:
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a minimum of 2+ years specifically focused on AI, Machine Learning, or highly complex data-intensive products.
• Demonstrated and verifiable track record of successfully bringing innovative products from initial concept to market and scaling them for widespread adoption.
• Technical Acumen:
• Profound understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including various model types (e.g., Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics), robust data pipelines, model training methodologies, and deployment challenges.
• Ability to engage in deep, insightful technical discussions with engineering and data science teams, understanding intricate trade-offs and evaluating technical feasibility with precision.
• Familiarity with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern MLOps practices is a significant advantage and highly preferred.
• Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen:
• Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities coupled with the innate ability to identify significant market opportunities and translate them into actionable, high-impact product plans.
• Solid business judgment, superior analytical skills, and the proven ability to make sound, data-driven decisions in ambiguous and rapidly evolving situations.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both highly technical and non-technical audiences.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related technical field is required. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
