Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a clear, compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-driven solutions, aligning with company objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape. Conduct extensive market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and validate product hypotheses.
AI/ML Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for your designated AI/ML product area, including discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, and post-launch iteration. Translate complex AI capabilities and research into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, UX/UI Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of high-quality products. Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI/ML models and product features. Utilize data analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform product decisions, measure performance, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Customer & Market Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, deeply understanding user needs, pain points, and desires through various qualitative and quantitative research methods. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and results effectively to executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners. Manage expectations, gather feedback, and build consensus to refine product direction.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies, ensuring strong product adoption and market penetration.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree in AI/ML is a significant plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 2+ years specifically managing AI/ML-powered products or features, preferably in a SaaS, B2B, or high-growth tech environment.
Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and managing successful products that have achieved significant market adoption and business impact leveraging AI/ML technologies.
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of AI/ML concepts, methodologies (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision), data science workflows, and the challenges inherent in building scalable AI systems.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working closely with engineering and data science teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into actionable insights and clear product narratives.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with large datasets, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Familiarity with ethical AI considerations, bias detection, and responsible AI development practices.
