About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and champion the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-driven features, aligning with company-wide goals and market opportunities.
• Market & Customer Insight: Conduct extensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs, pain points, and emerging trends relevant to AI/ML applications.
• Requirements Definition: Translate complex user problems and business needs into clear, detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases, specifically focusing on data pipelines, model performance, and AI user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Prioritization & Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven decisions on feature development and resource allocation to maximize impact.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop compelling go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials for new AI/ML features.
• Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance post-launch, analyze data, and iterate based on insights to continuously improve our AI/ML solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, strategic rationale, and performance to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. An MBA or Master’s in a related discipline is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically managing products heavily reliant on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, methodologies (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics), data pipelines, model training, and evaluation. Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers and data scientists.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Proven track record of successfully taking AI/ML products from concept to launch and growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile Methodologies: Deep familiarity with agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban).
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong ability to leverage data to inform product strategy.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Customer Focus: A genuine passion for understanding customer needs and delivering innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
