About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and execution for our core AI & Machine Learning Platform. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the platform that powers our next generation of intelligent products and services. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, advanced technology, and user experience, collaborating closely with world-class engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to define, build, and launch capabilities that democratize AI for our internal product teams and, eventually, our external customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for our AI/ML platform, translating complex technical challenges into clear, actionable roadmaps that align with company-wide objectives.
• User & Market Understanding: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather deep user insights from internal engineering teams, data scientists, and external customers to identify unmet needs and opportunities within the AI/ML tooling space.
• Product Definition & Prioritization: Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize features based on strategic value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, data science, UX/UI, research, and go-to-market teams to drive product development. Act as the central communication hub, ensuring alignment and clear understanding across all stakeholders.
• Technical Acumen & Communication: Engage in technical discussions with engineering leads, making informed trade-off decisions and clearly communicating technical complexities and product decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Launch & Iteration: Lead successful product launches, including defining success metrics, monitoring performance, and iterating based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
• Evangelism & Adoption: Champion the AI/ML platform internally and externally, fostering adoption, gathering feedback, and continuously improving the developer experience.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in product development and deployment, devising mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML platforms, data platforms, developer tools, or highly technical B2B/platform products.
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful, complex technical products from inception to scale.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including model training, deployment, monitoring, MLOps, data pipelines, and relevant tools/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubeflow, MLflow, AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform).
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences and building strong relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a bias for action and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research).
• Hands-on experience as a software engineer, data scientist, or machine learning engineer prior to product management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles and responsible AI development practices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and community building for developer-focused tools.
• Experience with growth stage companies and scaling technical platforms.
