The Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and visionary Senior Product Manager with a deep passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. In this critical role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for core AI/ML features and products within our flagship platform. You will bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and compelling user experiences, translating sophisticated algorithms into tangible business value. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and champion a clear, compelling product vision and strategy for your AI/ML product area, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Roadmap Ownership: Own, prioritize, and manage the end-to-end product roadmap, translating strategic goals into actionable user stories and detailed product specifications for development teams.
• Market & User Research: Conduct extensive market analysis, competitive research, and user empathy sessions to identify unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and uncover new opportunities for AI/ML application.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate intensely with engineering, data science, UX/UI design, research, sales, and marketing teams from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Feature Definition & Execution: Write detailed product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication of product intent and functionality.
• Performance & Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for your products, monitor performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights to optimize user experience and business impact.
• Technical Acumen: Understand the underlying AI/ML technologies, their capabilities, and limitations, enabling effective communication with technical teams and informed decision-making.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for your product area, providing updates, gathering feedback, and aligning stakeholders across the organization.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to develop and execute successful go-to-market plans for new features and products.
• Mentorship: Contribute to the growth and development of junior product managers and product team members.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically managing AI/ML-powered products or features in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technical products that leverage AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning technologies (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, recommendation systems).
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, methodologies, and development lifecycle; ability to engage deeply with data scientists and engineers.
• Exceptional ability to translate technical complexities into clear, concise, and user-centric product requirements and value propositions.
• Demonstrated experience with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related technical field. Master’s degree (MBA, MS in AI/ML) is a significant plus.

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with MLOps platforms and practices.
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles and responsible AI development.
• Background as a data scientist, engineer, or UX designer prior to product management.
• Experience with generative AI or large language models (LLMs).
• Active participation in the AI/ML community (e.g., conferences, publications, open-source contributions).
