What You’ll Do: Drive Impact & Innovation

• Strategic Vision & Leadership: Define and champion the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI & Intelligent Automation offerings, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
• Customer & Market Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and in-depth customer interviews to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and emerging trends in AI/ML and automation. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements.
• Product Discovery & Definition: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through launch and iteration. Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams throughout the product development process. Foster a culture of collaboration, clarity, and shared ownership.
• Execution Excellence: Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value. Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions.
• Performance & Optimization: Define key success metrics, analyze product performance post-launch, and iterate based on data-driven insights and user feedback to continuously optimize and improve our AI capabilities.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, computer vision, and automation technologies. Serve as an internal and external evangelist for our intelligent solutions.

What You’ll Bring: Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on AI/ML-powered products, intelligent automation, or data-intensive platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative B2B SaaS products that leverage AI/ML to deliver tangible business value.
• Technical Acumen:
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, data pipelines, and their practical application in product development. (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision).
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering and data science teams, understand trade-offs, and make informed product decisions.
• Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen:
  • Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and develop compelling product strategies that drive growth and competitive differentiation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Leadership & Communication:
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and inspire them towards a common goal.
• Customer Focus:
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving their most challenging problems with intelligent solutions.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering customer feedback.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
