Key Responsibilities

• Own the Product Vision & Strategy: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and emerging technology initiatives, aligning them with overall company goals and market opportunities.
• Market & User Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive research, and user empathy studies to identify unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and uncover new product opportunities.
• Product Development & Execution: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product updates, priorities, and decisions to executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners. Gather feedback and build consensus.
• Performance & Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product usage and performance, analyze data, and iterate on features to maximize user engagement and business value.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in AI, machine learning, and relevant emerging technologies. Act as an internal expert and evangelist for these areas.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on AI/ML products or platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products from conception to end-of-life.
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics), data pipelines, and model deployment.
• Experience working with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Background in a related industry (e.g., FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, SaaS).
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered design processes.
• Experience managing products that involve integrating with third-party APIs or platforms.
• A passion for building innovative products that delight users and drive significant business value.
