Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for your domain, aligned with company objectives. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Roadmap Development & Prioritization: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle. Develop, maintain, and evangelize a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
• Requirements & Design: Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications (e.g., user stories, epics, use cases). Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and motivate dedicated engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development process. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration, ensuring alignment on goals and execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and various business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations). Manage expectations, gather input, and communicate product updates and timelines effectively.
• Launch & Growth: Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and adoption. Monitor product performance post-launch, using data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and iteration.
• Customer Advocacy: Champion the voice of the customer within the organization. Continuously engage with users through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to deeply understand their challenges and unmet needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing impactful B2B SaaS or consumer-facing digital products.
• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding and experience within [specific industry, e.g., FinTech, AI/ML, e-commerce, developer tools] is highly desirable.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams, understand architectural considerations, and make informed trade-offs. (No coding required, but a solid grasp of software development processes is essential).
