About the Role

GlobalScale Innovations Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing Product team. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategic conception and discovery to successful launch and continuous iteration. You will play a crucial role in defining our product vision, driving roadmap execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers and achieve significant business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with overall company objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs. Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs, validate potential solutions, and discover emerging trends.
• Roadmap Development & Prioritization: Own, create, and manage the product roadmap, balancing long-term strategic initiatives with short-term tactical improvements. Effectively prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Requirements Definition: Translate high-level user needs and business requirements into detailed, actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure an intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experience.
• Execution & Delivery Excellence: Act as the primary Product Owner in agile development sprints, providing clarity, making timely decisions, and removing impediments. Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for product success. Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze usage data, and iterate based on data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement, user engagement, and achievement of business goals.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, sales, customer success, legal, and partners. Effectively communicate product updates, strategic decisions, and the rationale behind them to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organization.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies, ensuring product launches are impactful, well-communicated, and drive adoption.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Contribute to the growth and development of junior product managers and foster a culture of product excellence within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related analytical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and managing complex digital products.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with modern web/mobile technologies, APIs, and data architectures.
• Analytical Prowess: Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform product decisions, identify trends, measure success, and drive continuous improvement. Proficient with A/B testing, user segmentation, and funnel analysis.
• Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, influence stakeholders at all levels, and build consensus.
• Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving aptitude, capable of navigating ambiguity, making data-backed decisions, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!)

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products, B2B SaaS platforms, or specific industry domain expertise (e.g., FinTech, HealthTech, E-commerce).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar product management certifications.
• Demonstrable experience with user research tools and techniques (e.g., surveys, usability testing, ethnographic studies).
• Experience working in a global, fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
• Active participation in product management communities or thought leadership contributions (e.g., blogs, presentations).
