Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and driven Senior Product Manager to join our expanding Product team. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key initiatives within our cutting-edge AI-powered analytics platform. You’ll be the visionary leader, bridging the gap between customer needs, business goals, and technical execution, crafting products that delight users and drive significant business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Drive Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy based on deep market analysis, customer insights, competitive landscape, and company objectives.
• Own the Product Roadmap: Develop, prioritize, and manage a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Translate Needs into Action: Author clear, concise, and detailed product requirements (PRDs, user stories, use cases) for engineering teams, ensuring a shared understanding of scope and goals.
• Lead Product Execution: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams throughout the entire product lifecycle – from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Monitor & Optimize Performance: Define and track key product metrics, conduct A/B testing, and leverage data to make informed decisions for product iteration and improvement.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders, fostering alignment and buy-in.
• Customer Champion: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors, ensuring a user-centric product approach.
• Market Expert: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive movements to identify new opportunities and inform product direction.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Act as a product evangelist and mentor to junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of product excellence.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven Product Leadership: 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, ideally with 2+ years in a Senior Product Manager role, delivering successful software products.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred) and the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in using data analytics, A/B testing, and user research to inform product decisions. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, etc.
• Exceptional Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences (technical, business, executive, customer).
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and translate them into actionable product initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: A track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Strong analytical skills with a knack for breaking down complex problems and identifying creative, effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML-powered products, data analytics platforms, or B2B SaaS enterprise software.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and design thinking methodologies.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology company.
• Experience launching products globally or managing international product initiatives.
