About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our flagship SaaS platform. In this pivotal role, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, driving significant value for our customers and business. You will be instrumental in defining product strategy, crafting roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that solve complex problems and delight our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals, market opportunities, and customer needs for your designated product area.
• Roadmap Ownership: Develop, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring transparency and alignment across engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
• Market & Customer Insight: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather deep customer insights through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Requirements Definition: Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI design, data science, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and successful product launches. Act as the product owner for agile development teams.
• Performance & Optimization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product usage data, and iterate on features to maximize user engagement, retention, and business impact.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, strategies, performance, and trade-offs to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales, and external partners.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers or team members, fostering a culture of product excellence and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior product role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in launching and scaling complex software products from conception through to adoption and growth.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach to product development.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and modern web technologies. Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Customer Focus: A deep empathy for users and a passion for creating products that solve real-world problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products, data analytics platforms, or enterprise-level software solutions.
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Productboard).
• CSPO or similar product management certification.
• Experience working with global teams.
