The Opportunity: Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and launching innovative features and products that address critical customer needs and drive significant business growth for a core part of our platform. You will be a strategic thinker, an influential leader, and a hands-on executor, working across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, aligning with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct extensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and new opportunities. Translate insights into actionable product requirements.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation, through research, specification, development, launch, to post-launch analysis and iteration.
• Feature Definition & Prioritization: Define detailed product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and use cases. Prioritize features based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility, working closely with engineering and design.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, UX/UI design, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption. Act as the primary point of contact for your product area.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to develop compelling go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
• Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your products, analyze usage data, gather customer feedback, and iterate on products to drive continuous improvement and achieve business goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior product managers and contribute to the overall growth and development of the product team.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products.
• Strong understanding and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information, identify key insights, and formulate clear, data-driven product strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in defining user stories, wireframes, mockups, and collaborating effectively with UX/UI designers and engineers.
• Demonstrated experience conducting customer interviews, user testing, and analyzing product usage data.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products or data-intensive applications.
• Technical background (e.g., prior experience as a software engineer or architect).
• Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo) and A/B testing frameworks.
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, CSPO).
