We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will champion the user experience, collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, and be a key voice in shaping the future direction of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core product area, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify user needs, pain points, and market trends.
• Translate user research and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value, managing a backlog effectively.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead product launches, working with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful market adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product management best practices within the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in product management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior role, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products through their entire lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Empathy for users and a passion for creating exceptional product experiences.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)

• Experience working with B2B or enterprise software products.
• Technical background or strong technical acumen, capable of engaging in deep technical discussions with engineers.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) research and design principles.
• Prior experience with growth hacking strategies and monetization models.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certifications.
