Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, articulate, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product area, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify unmet needs, new opportunities, and areas for product improvement.
  • Translate high-level concepts into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
  • Prioritize product backlogs effectively, managing trade-offs and ensuring a clear focus on initiatives that deliver maximum value.
  • Lead the entire product development lifecycle, working closely with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your products, analyzing data to understand product performance, user behavior, and business outcomes, and iterate based on insights.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for your product, communicating product value and strategy internally and externally to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making within the product team and across the organization.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, contributing to the overall growth and development of the product management function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead product role, preferably in a fast-paced technology company.
  • Proven track record of successfully defining, launching, and managing innovative software products through multiple cycles.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, design thinking methodologies, and agile software development processes (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth market analysis, competitive research, and synthesize complex information into actionable product strategies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to draw insights from data to inform product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with specific industry tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau) is highly valued.
