About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our flagship product portfolio. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept and market research to launch and post-launch optimization. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, business savvy, and a deep understanding of user needs. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executive teams to translate strategic goals into a compelling product roadmap and deliver innovative solutions that delight our customers and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product areas, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
• Market & User Research: Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive research, and user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to identify unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and uncover new product opportunities.
• Requirement Definition: Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the central hub of communication between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams, ensuring alignment and efficient execution throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Roadmap Management: Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value, managing a dynamic product backlog.
• Launch & Growth: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and successful product launches. Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on data and user feedback.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, progress, and strategic direction to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and associates, fostering a culture of product excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Product Manager role, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that deliver measurable business results and customer value.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development processes, web technologies, APIs, and data-driven product development.
• User-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for users and a demonstrated ability to translate user needs into innovative product solutions.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, define metrics, and make informed product decisions.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML-powered products or data-intensive applications.
• Background in UX/UI design principles and user testing methodologies.
• Prior experience working with international markets or global products.
• Certifications in Agile/Scrum product ownership or management.
