Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and feature set for a key product area, ensuring that we deliver exceptional value to our customers and achieve our strategic business objectives. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to bring innovative products from concept to successful launch and continuous iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision and strategy for your designated product area, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and market opportunities.
• Own the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation and comprehensive market research to detailed development, strategic launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and in-depth customer interviews to identify unmet needs, pain points, and emerging opportunities.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into clear and concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product roadmap, meticulously balancing new feature development, technical debt, and essential bug fixes.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and highly effective user experiences.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams throughout the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Monitor and meticulously analyze product performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to inform product decisions and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert and product evangelist for your product area, both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on data-driven approaches.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while maintaining a keen eye for critical details and execution.
• Proficiency with market research tools, analytics platforms, and A/B testing frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a SaaS B2B environment.
• Familiarity with specific industry domains (e.g., FinTech, HealthTech, AI/ML, E-commerce).
• Proficiency with leading product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Productboard, Asana).
• Experience with advanced user research techniques and design thinking principles.
• Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers or team members.
