About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with overall business objectives. Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
• Market & User Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather deep customer insights through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Requirements Definition: Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with design and engineering teams.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central hub for product development, fostering strong collaboration and communication among engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Product Launch & Go-to-Market: Partner with marketing and sales to develop and execute successful product launch strategies, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement materials.
• Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, monitor performance post-launch, analyze data, and iterate on products based on user feedback and business results.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product strategy, progress, and performance to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Mentorship & Growth: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and contribute to the growth and best practices of the product organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a Senior Product Manager role, successfully launching and scaling complex software products.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, AI/ML, Mobile Applications] with a strong understanding of relevant market dynamics and user behaviors.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies that drive business growth and user value.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development processes, web technologies, and data analytics. Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
• User Empathy & Design Thinking: A passion for understanding user problems and a track record of creating intuitive, user-friendly solutions. Experience with UX research methodologies.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using data analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Tableau) to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and drive consensus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
