We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a critical product area within our rapidly evolving platform. Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your designated product area, aligning with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Translate high-level user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with UX/UI design and engineering teams.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, iteration, and end-of-life planning.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility, continuously managing trade-offs to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor product performance post-launch using key metrics, analytics, and user feedback; identify opportunities for improvement and guide iterative development.
• Act as a subject matter expert for your product area, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, contributing to the growth and development of the product team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling impactful software products.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Strong technical acumen, capable of understanding complex technical concepts and communicating effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and relevant product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
• Experience working with B2B SaaS products or platforms in the [mention specific industry, e.g., FinTech, Healthcare Tech, AI/ML] space is highly desirable.
