The Opportunity:

We are searching for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic Product Design team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process for key features and products, from initial concept and research to final high-fidelity prototypes and implementation support. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full design lifecycle for complex features and products, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and final UI design.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, roadmap, and strategy.
• Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Translate research findings and business requirements into compelling user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business goals, demonstrating a strong understanding of product metrics.
• Develop and maintain our design system and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
• Present and clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and design excellence.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful product design solutions.
• Portfolio: A compelling online portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving abilities, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and/or mobile applications. Case studies illustrating your approach to user research and iteration are highly valued.
• Tools: Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Principle, InVision).
• UX Principles: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and information architecture.
• Research: Proven experience conducting and applying various user research methods (qualitative and quantitative).
• Collaboration: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating elegant, intuitive experiences.
• Leadership: Experience leading design projects and mentoring other designers.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience designing for complex enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or data-heavy applications.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand technical constraints and possibilities.
• Experience with A/B testing and using data to inform design decisions.
