What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead ServiceNow pre-sales engagements, encompassing discovery, solution design, estimations, and proposals.
• Architect: Architect comprehensive end-to-end solutions for ServiceNow Technology Workflows.
• Articulate: Articulate clear business value, return on investment, and differentiation to enterprise customers.
• Support: Support proposal development through RFP/RFI responses, Statements of Work, demos, and executive presentations.
• Design: Design and position AI-enabled workflow solutions, considering governance, privacy, and optimization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior pre-sales professional with strong architectural depth and experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations.
• Experience: 15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 10+ years dedicated to ServiceNow. Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role within a system integrator or service provider, with a strong track record of supporting large, complex enterprise deals.
• Skills: Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations; Strong hands-on and architectural knowledge across Technology Workflows; Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills; Mandatory ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification; At least one mandatory CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification (ITSM / ITOM / Platform).
