The TL;DR
• Role: Senior Manager
• Team: Enterprise Technology Services organization, responsible for technology engineering, architecture, and infrastructure, managing several project teams.
• Mission: Manages and supervises multiple project teams, assesses resource needs, oversees budgets, fosters stakeholder collaboration, and provides performance updates to senior leadership.
• Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, enterprise application architecture. Project management and reporting tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Excel, Tableau.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Management: Manage and supervise several project teams across technology initiatives.
• Resource Planning: Assess resource needs for various projects and programs.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budget and funding for assigned programs and projects.
• Collaboration: Support collaboration across several stakeholders within the organization.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project performance and progress.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable experience, with 12+ years in developing and implementing large scale technology solutions. This role requires 12+ years of IT experience with a strong software development background.
• Experience: 12+ years of IT experience including leading large technology programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in leading in a complex global environment, including large-scale and complex program delivery comprised of multiple interlinked projects. Demonstrated experience managing or leading technology implementation projects in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise application architecture. Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, business case development, data analysis, and stakeholder management, including leading complex governance structures.
• Skills: Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Excel, and Tableau. Knowledge of Financial Modeling and data analysis.
• Bonus: An advanced degree, such as an MBA or a master’s degree in Engineering or Analytics, is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification (e.g., Certified Project Management Practitioner, International Project Management Association / Prince 2 / CSM – Certified Scrum Master / CSPO – Certified Scrum Product Owner) is also preferred.
