This Senior Manager, Payroll Training position is responsible for leading and managing the Payroll Training and Development Team and Process. The role involves training and developing staff to improve the accuracy and efficiency of payroll operations and systems, provide superior internal and external customer service, ensure integrity, and increase understanding of Compass payroll business processes.
