Senior Manager, Apparel Global Supply Planning | New Balance

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Lead the Apparel, Accessories, and Equipment (AAE) Supply Planning team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving business objectives, exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing talent.
• Capacity Management: Own and continuously improve the factory capacity planning process to support delivery performance, cost objectives, profitability goals, competitive positioning, and long-term strategic growth.
• Partnership & Alignment: Partner closely with factory leadership to drive achievement of shared delivery and service KPIs, ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, and execution.
• Performance Accountability: Accountable for customer on-time delivery performance and optimizing factory loading across the AAE business, overseeing execution of planning tools like monthly RCCP, Early Buy, and Shortened Lead time programs.
• Strategic Communication: Represent supply planning in the corporate S&OP process and Strategic Business Review meetings, overseeing the communication and escalation process for significant production, sourcing, or delivery disruptions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field, for a Senior Manager career level.
• Experience: 8+ years of supply chain, planning, inventory management, or operations experience, including 6+ years of people leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities to maintain team performance and morale while navigating complex business challenges; strong analytical and decision-making skills focused on customer experience and business results; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP and purchase order management systems.
• Bonus: APICS CPIM certification preferred.
