About the Job

This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering talent management programs and practices for the organization. Responsibilities will include developing and executing the overall communication strategy and calendar to support key talent processes. The position will focus on succession planning, performance management, and other talent management efforts and work with HR leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure objectives and key milestones are met.

Essential Functions

• Lead the implementation of talent management programs, including succession planning and performance management; setting timelines, coordinating communications, developing materials, facilitating training, and deploying the processes, procedures, and guidelines.
• Manage coordination and rollout of programs by researching industry standards and best practices, presenting, facilitating, developing content, and support materials for designated programs with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Responsible for formulating, administering, and maintaining detailed project plans, including all required activities, tasks, risks, issues, and resources.
• Maintain an agile approach in supporting the organization with talent management programs through thoughtful change management tactics and supporting both the internal HR team and the larger organization.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to execute Talent Management programs.
• Develop and facilitate training to HR business partners to support program objectives and ensure consistent application of programs across organizations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs through feedback and metrics analysis.
• Develop and present KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports on program performance and impact to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Make decisions based on research, leveraging insights to develop innovative ideas and content and deployment of train-the-trainer materials.
• Other Administrative duties as required to support the HRBP (HR Business Partner) organization.

Education Description

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management programs, with a focus on performance management and succession planning.
