What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable web applications and services.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features from requirements.
• Develop: Create robust and efficient backend APIs and intuitive frontend user interfaces.
• Optimize: Ensure applications achieve maximum speed, scalability, cross-browser compatibility, and responsiveness.
• Influence: Participate in architectural discussions, contributing to overall system design and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in fullstack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional fullstack software development experience, including demonstrated expertise in a modern frontend JavaScript framework (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js) and strong proficiency in a backend programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or Go).
• Skills: Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, experience designing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services, proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) including serverless and containerization, experience with Git, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in a technical field, experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems, familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps, knowledge of testing frameworks, experience with message brokers and caching, prior leadership or mentorship, or contributions to open-source projects.
