What You’ll Actually Do
• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of core web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Architectural Contribution: Actively participate in architectural discussions and decisions, contributing to the overall design and strategy of the platform.
• Code Quality & Standards: Write high-quality, well-documented, and testable code, conducting peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance goals.
• Problem Solving & Optimization: Debug complex issues across multiple layers of the application stack, providing timely solutions, and identifying performance bottlenecks to ensure scalability and responsiveness.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful features, while also providing guidance to junior engineers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. This is a senior-level position focused on full-stack web development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, including deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js), server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js with Express, Python with Django/Flask), relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), demonstrated experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress), and proficient use of Git for collaborative development.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), experience with GraphQL, and prior experience in FinTech or SaaS industries.
