What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications and services using modern technologies.
• Collaborate: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define specifications and deliver high-quality features.
• Develop: Write clean, well-tested, and efficient code for both front-end (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, Go) components.
• Implement: Design and implement robust APIs and microservices.
• Optimize: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Senior career level.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development, with strong proficiency in at least one modern front-end JavaScript framework and extensive experience with at least one back-end language and framework.
• Skills: Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), back-end languages/frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, Go with Express, Django/Flask, Spring Boot), relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB), RESTful API design, Git, strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, Agile/Scrum environment, microservices architecture, and prior experience mentoring junior engineers.
