What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate: Actively collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Architect: Architect and implement robust API services and backend systems, integrating with various data sources and third-party services.
• Develop: Develop and optimize interactive and responsive frontend user interfaces, focusing on user experience and accessibility.
• Mentor: Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in full stack web development.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development, with extensive experience in backend programming languages and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), expertise with backend programming languages (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or Ruby on Rails), demonstrated expertise with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB), solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and proficiency in writing comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, or active participation in developer communities.
