What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies, while identifying and resolving defects, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate: Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver features.
• Lead: Guide the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring code quality, performance, and responsiveness.
• Optimize: Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, development tools, and overall engineering practices.
• Mentor: Share knowledge with and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development, including RESTful API design and implementation.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React/Angular/Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js/Python/Java/Go/Ruby) development, database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, serverless architectures, GraphQL, CI/CD and DevOps practices, or microservices architecture.
