What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Develop: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and resilient web applications and services.
• Full Stack Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of features, spanning front-end implementation to back-end services.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Mentorship: Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers to foster their growth and development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Skills: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and a major front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js); solid experience with back-end languages/frameworks (Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, Go, Ruby on Rails, C#/.NET); proven experience designing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services; hands-on experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra); experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and Git.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Selenium); experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
