What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and secure web applications and services.
• Develop: Write clean, modular, and well-tested code across the full stack, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Review: Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Guide: Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement while contributing to architectural discussions and defining the technical roadmap.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, indicating a senior-level career.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development with a proven track record of delivering complex projects, including proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Skills: Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript; deep expertise in backend development using languages/frameworks like Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or C# (.NET Core); extensive experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming; solid understanding of relational and NoSQL database technologies; strong command of version control systems (Git) and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline; experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes); familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven systems; knowledge of GraphQL or real-time communication protocols (WebSockets); experience with performance optimization, security best practices, and testing frameworks; contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
