The Opportunity

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance. You will work with a modern tech stack, collaborating closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional features and products. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and secure web applications and services.
• Write clean, modular, and well-tested code across the full stack, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of production systems.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help define the technical roadmap for our products.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and practices to enhance our development process.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring an excellent user experience.

What You Bring

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep expertise in backend development using languages/frameworks like Node.js (Express, NestJS), Python (Django, Flask), Java (Spring Boot), Go, or C# (.NET Core).
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, including both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including experience with services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.
• Strong command of version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for writing robust, efficient, and scalable code.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of GraphQL or real-time communication protocols (e.g., WebSockets).

• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects demonstrating your passion for technology.
