• Mission: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality, performant, and maintainable code.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design, develop, and implement complex web applications and services using modern technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define and deliver new features and improvements.
• Code: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Optimize: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security while developing and managing APIs and microservices.
• Guide: Mentor and guide junior engineers, contributing to architectural discussions and the future technical stack.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, extensive experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js), solid experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js with Express/NestJS, Python with Django/Flask), demonstrable experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, and proficiency with Git.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), familiarity with GraphQL, experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Pytest), or knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
