What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Design: Architect, design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Front-End Leadership: Lead the development of responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks, ensuring an excellent user experience and cross-browser compatibility.
• Back-End Creation: Build and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs using preferred back-end languages, interacting with databases and other microservices.
• Quality Assurance: Champion code quality through rigorous code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to engineering best practices and design patterns.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum team, participate in technical discussions, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Professional experience in full-stack software development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable applications.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, including hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), extensive experience with at least one back-end language and framework, solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, and proficiency with Git.
• Bonus: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), experience with microservices architecture, demonstrated ability to diagnose and improve application performance, understanding of web security best practices, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
