Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our core product development team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust web applications from front to back. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, contributing to architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern web technologies, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly scalable, performant, and secure web applications using a modern technology stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and implement new features and improvements.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
• Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap of our products.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack, ensuring optimal application performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Work closely with DevOps to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to advocate for and implement relevant advancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and related technologies (HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript).
• Strong experience with back-end development using languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in designing and building scalable API services.
• Extensive experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated experience with version control systems, especially Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Familiarity with serverless computing paradigms.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
• Prior experience with large-scale data processing or machine learning integration.
