About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic product development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable web applications from end-to-end. You’ll work across the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing and deployment, contributing to both our front-end user interfaces and back-end services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves to dive deep into technology, mentor junior engineers, and drive significant product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient front-end components and user interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Build and optimize scalable and secure back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
• Design and manage efficient database schemas and queries (SQL and NoSQL).
• Implement and advocate for best practices in coding, testing, security, and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and adherence to engineering standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the strategic technical roadmap.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying relevant advancements to our products.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
• Proven expertise in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong proficiency in a back-end language and framework (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring, Go/Gin).
• Solid understanding of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with real-time data processing or streaming technologies.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Ability to lead small technical projects or initiatives.
