About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic product engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications that drive our core business. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and architecture to testing and deployment, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components for our flagship web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with product management and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements and mockups into technical specifications and user-friendly features.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and uphold high coding standards.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across various environments and systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work with DevOps to optimize deployment pipelines and monitor application performance in production.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in a modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated tooling.
• Expertise in server-side programming with languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
• Extensive experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience building and consuming APIs.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup or a fast-paced technology company.
• Contribution to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
• Experience with real-time data processing or streaming technologies.
