What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications and services.

• Drive technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and advocate for best practices in code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring an exceptional and seamless user experience across all platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues efficiently, contributing to the stability and reliability of our critical systems.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Extensive experience with back-end development using languages such as Python, Java, Go, Node.js, or C#.
• Solid understanding of relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and fundamental software engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices architecture and working with distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and advanced DevOps practices.
• Contributions to open-source projects, a strong portfolio of personal projects, or published technical articles.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Knowledge of performance testing, security best practices, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with real-time data processing or streaming technologies.
