About the Role:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. You will be instrumental in evolving our core platform, introducing new features, optimizing existing systems, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role requires a strong blend of front-end finesse and back-end expertise, coupled with a passion for clean code, system architecture, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Develop: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs using modern full-stack technologies.
• Architect Solutions: Contribute significantly to the architectural design and evolution of our platform, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.
• Front-End Expertise: Build responsive, intuitive, and performant user interfaces with a focus on user experience and accessibility.
• Back-End Prowess: Develop and optimize server-side logic, databases, and integrations, ensuring efficient data flow and system reliability.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and champion best practices, coding standards, and design patterns within the team.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
• Front-End Proficiency: Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Back-End Expertise: Strong proficiency in at least one back-end language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, Ruby) and related frameworks.
• Database Skills: Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), including schema design, query optimization, and ORMs.
• API Development: Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.

• Testing & Quality: A strong commitment to quality, demonstrated through experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
