What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of complex web applications and backend microservices using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and AI/ML engineers to translate requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Architect and implement highly performant and secure RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to support frontend applications and integrate with AI models.
• Develop engaging, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using cutting-edge frontend frameworks, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
• Design, implement, and optimize efficient database schemas and queries for both relational and NoSQL databases.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 7+ years of progressive professional experience in full stack software development, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful delivery of complex web applications and services.
• Skills: Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript; deep proficiency in backend development (Python/Django/Flask, Node.js/Express, Go, or Java/Spring Boot); solid understanding and hands-on experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra); extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes); strong grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and agile methodologies; proven experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs.
• Bonus: Experience working directly with AI/ML platforms, MLOps practices, or developing data visualization tools for machine learning insights; familiarity with GraphQL for API development; active contributions to open-source projects or developer communities; prior experience in a technical leadership, team lead, or mentorship capacity; experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
