Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions that meet product requirements and business goals, ranging from complex user interfaces to powerful backend APIs and services.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code primarily in TypeScript/JavaScript (React/Node.js) and potentially other relevant languages.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define specifications, plan features, and deliver high-quality software in an agile environment.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of our systems.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire stack, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to improve our product and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful project delivery.
• Expert proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks for both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Express.js).
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming).
• Extensive experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community.
