About the Role / Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop robust, secure, and efficient APIs and database schemas to support various application functionalities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Perform comprehensive code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high-quality, performant, and reliable solutions.
• Champion best practices in software development, including testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across various environments, ensuring optimal application performance and stability.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively recommending and implementing innovative solutions to improve our technology stack and development processes.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and evolution of our platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of delivering successful, high-quality web applications.
• Front-End Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Extensive experience with a leading front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and its ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Vuex) and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Back-End Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in at least one back-end language/framework (e.g., Node.js with Express/NestJS, Python with Django/Flask, Java with Spring Boot, Go).
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, or gRPC services.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), including schema design and query optimization.
• Cloud & DevOps:
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.

• Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
