What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements across the entire stack.
• Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern JavaScript frameworks for the front end and Node.js, Python, or Go for the back end.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• Build: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Optimize: Work with relational and NoSQL databases, optimizing queries and data structures for performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Skills: Expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular, along with a deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Proficiency in at least one back-end language and framework (e.g., Node.js with Express/NestJS, Python with Django/Flask, Go). Strong understanding of database design and query optimization with SQL and/or NoSQL databases. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, GraphQL APIs, security best practices in web application development, Agile/Scrum development environments, or contributions to open-source projects.
