What You’ll Actually Do
• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications.
• Code Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Architectural Guidance: Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, promoting scalability, reliability, and security.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, including API design and development, and working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern front-end JavaScript framework (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Expertise in a back-end programming language (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go) and relevant frameworks.
• Solid understanding of database design and management for SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with API design and development (RESTful, GraphQL) and familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in a related field, experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, test-driven development (TDD), automated testing frameworks, microservices architecture, or agile development.
