What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality features.
• Develop: Develop and maintain robust APIs and backend services, and build responsive user interfaces.
• Implement: Implement and maintain automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
• Mentor: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with a focus on full-stack web development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, system design, and agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue.js), expertise in backend development with languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Go, solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL), and proficiency with Git. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
