The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications, from the database to the user interface. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, contributing to architecture, coding, testing, and deployment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements for our core platform using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality software.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs, backend services, and database schemas ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Craft intuitive, responsive, and performant user interfaces with a focus on exceptional user experience.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to shape the future of our technical stack.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with back-end development using languages/frameworks such as Node.js (Express), Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or Java (Spring Boot).
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Mocha, Chai).
• Prior experience with real-time data processing or streaming technologies.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
