About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end development of our next-generation web applications, driving both front-end user experiences and robust back-end services. You’ll contribute to architectural design, lead complex feature development, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and performant software solutions that directly impact our users and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications, from concept to production, utilizing modern frameworks and best practices.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code across the entire software stack (front-end, back-end, database, and infrastructure where applicable).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications and innovative solutions.
• Participate actively in architectural discussions, code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to peers, upholding high engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and security of our systems.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, sharing knowledge, best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and development tools, advocating for their adoption when they align with company goals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and overall engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Front-End Expertise: Deep proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one major front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Back-End Expertise: Extensive experience with server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, Ruby on Rails, Java/Spring Boot, C#/.NET Core).
• Database Skills: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis), including schema design, query optimization, and ORMs.
• API Development: Proven experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and experience deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.
• Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency with version control systems (Git), agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and testing frameworks (unit, integration, E2E).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• A history of contributions to open-source projects or significant personal projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Experience working with real-time applications or high-throughput systems.
